Industry leader in security solutions seeks Tooling Engineer who can plan, organize, and lead the optimization of our injection molding operation through continuous improvement of the tool department. Shall: *** Conduct design and preliminary tool reviews to insure consensus of the multi-disciplinary team. *** Plan, implement and coordinate new projects related to molds and tooling, as well as changes to the existing molds if applicable. *** Specify equipment, tooling, and fixtures for new processes or existing process changes. *** Install new equipment, tooling and fixtures to support new product development. *** Work with Tool and Mold manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Required: *** 4+ years of plastic injection molding tooling experience including repair and maintenance. *** Familiarity with materials such as PP, PE, PC, ABS, Nylon, Rubber, Silicone.
